Tokyo is called the “capital of water”, and the charm of the waterfront attracts again. Especially Koto Ward has many internal rivers and canals which are interspersed, and Toyosu area is also expected to utilize waterfront.
We are working on utilization of waterfront with residents to realize an attractive space by utilizing waterfront. In 2011, we held a ” floating cafe” as a social experiment using the Toyosu Canal Bridge located behind Shibaura Institute of Technology as a social experiment. Also, we support “Toyosu Suisai Festival” held at the same place in the summer.
